For villa properties, Jumeirah Village emerged as the top-performing area with an annual return of 7.18%. Damac Hills followed closely with a return of 6.89%, boasting premium amenities and scenic views.

Dubai Land witnessed villa prices appreciate at 6.32% annually, offering luxury and affordability.
